In the Associate Client Coordinator role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships with a nationwide customer base using a consultative approach. You will directly support the sales force by executing the necessary processes to deliver data products and information to clients.

Responsibilities of the Associate Client Coordinator:

  • Process internal/external requests
  • Deliver on-time, 100% flawless execution of client requests
  • Manage workflow in a timely, efficient manner
  • Ensure the accuracy and completion of client-based projects
  • Achieve monthly team and individual based goals, and
  • Assist in the achievement of divisional revenue goals

Qualifications of the Associate Client Coordinator: 

  • Prior customer service experience & a commitment to exceeding customer expectations; preferably in a client consultation setting
  • An intermediate to advanced EXCEL skill set is necessary, as it serves as the foundation to many of our proprietary data processing tools and web interfaces. Knowledge about complex spreadsheets and process formulas preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills as both are necessary in providing support to both internal teams and clients
  • Skills in planning, prioritizing and adapting within a multi-tasking environment; maintaining a high level of organization and efficient follow-up skills
  • To work well independently and display a high sense of accountability
  • To thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
