The Client Email Strategist will consult internal and external business partners in the planning, strategy, reporting, and analysis of outbound email marketing programs.  You will determine target audience, devise campaigns, and launch email.  The strategist will measure results and continue to apply thoughtful analytics for future success.   Responsibilities will include client consultation, presentation, and over strategy delivery.  Success is defined as increased knowledge within the organization on email solutions that results in sales, driving the value and usage of the organization’s proprietary properties.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Provide expert strategic planning and consultation
  • Reporting and review
  • Client facing delivery
  • Account Management
  • Evaluate/analyze campaign history and develop strategy
  • Apply performance analytics for future campaign success
  • Deliver proposals with detailed instruction on facets of campaigns, compliance and overall direction
  • Deployment of email marketing campaigns to include: sends, management, metrics, reporting and interpretation
  • Institute and drive best practices
  • Independent management of work
  • Adherence to timelines
  • Execute digital campaigns via respected platforms
  • And all other requirements of role to accomplish goals

Qualifications

  • Required
    • BS in Business Administration and/or Marketing
    • Six plus years’ experience with prospecting and loyalty campaigns
    • Platform experience / Deployment and campaign management (worked with ESP platforms, IE: constant contact, Epsilon, Exact Target, Mail Chimp, Silver Pop, etc.)
    • Experience in comprehensive analysis
    • Experience in Email Strategy and Execution, analysis of campaign, define performance and provide direction
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Flexible and able to quickly switch between projects
    • Deadline-oriented with prioritization excellence
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Effectively communicates concepts with team members
    • Professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
    • Computer proficiency including experience using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferred
    • Restaurant email industry experience
    • Understand and edit HTML
    • Mobile responsive HTML experience
    • Direct response copy writing ability
